Cool for the summer, Beijing Guide

Speaking of summer, the first thing came up to your mind is burning hot sunshine! Then are the seaside and the freezing cold snow cone or ice cream! We have to be “cool for the summer”
Well though in Beijing there are not many places sells snow cone but we have shaved ice which is quite similar to it.

It was one of the top 10 best dessert shop reported by CNN. It’s famous for the mango cotton shaved ice.

Cows

The decoration of the shop is super creative! Everything is all about cows. Ingredients here are imported from Canada. Highly recommend the three tiers tart which you can taste different kinds of flavors at the same time and matches with the fruity tea.

Sweet Lab

The ice cream is freshly made with liquid nitrogen while you ordered, like spell a magic. It’s also a part of the Molecular gastronomy and the fruits are natural and frozen by low temperature. Healthy and low fat, no need to worry about it!

Chatuchak

From the name, can tells that it’s a Thai flavor ice cream. The ice cream is not too sweet but very refreshing. Some say that once you tasted it you will love it. The coconut flavor needs to pre-order because it’s fresh made in Thailand with local ingredient and transported to Beijing. It’s highly recommended by Thai students in Beijing.
