Who said that the best craft beers are the western ones? Riding the wave of the increased popularity of artisan brews, N Beer represents one of the best domestic Chinese brewings. A couple years only after its founding, Panda Brew came a long way from it’s small hutong room by Beixinqiao. Today it houses more 9 massive fermenting tanks, a three floors fancy location and a terrace. The minimalism of its industrial aesthetics matches the simplicity of its selection (it only includes 6 types of artisan brews), yet its honey ale and its signature Tang Dinasty Barley wine are absolutely formidable.
