Job Title: Leasing Property Consultant (Urgent!!!)
Supervisor: Residential Service Manager
JOB SUMMARY: Communicate with expatriate, to understand the relocation/home search needs, shows and lease properties, to provide comprehensive relocation information, and a complete after-sale service.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Including the following but are not limited to the job specifications herein.
  •   Communicate with potential tenants (mainly expatriates) to understand his/her relocation/home search needs and;
  •   Prepare house hunting proposal & visiting schedule; responsible for insuring the “model” properties and target apartments are ready for show;
  •   Responsible for “shopping” competitive properties, introducing the property features, community policies, neighborhood etc to customers;
  •   Completes lease form/letter of intent, and lease agreement, collect rental deposit & agency fees, etc.
  •   Responsible to conduct check-in & check-out, and to provide comprehensive after-sale coordination services to tenants when needed.
  •   Knowledgeable of required telephone and sales techniques, Fully informed of current rental rates, sizes locations and all amenities of all high-end properties across Beijing.
  •   Efficient and timely processing of all required administrative forms, reports and related information.
  •   Courteous, efficient handling of resident requests and customer complaints.
  •   Responsible for maintaining a professional appearance and attitude at all time, and responsible for assisting residential manager in collection of delinquent rentals, services, deposits, etc.
  •   And anything else that the residential manager feels falls into the property consultant’s job description.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: College degree or above, above one year relocation industry or related experienced

LANGUAGE SKILLS: Fluency in reading, speaking and interpreting documents in English. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence in English. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees or organization.

Job Title: Assistant Consultant
Supervisor: Account Manager
JOB SUMMARY: Support account manager in providing high level residential leasing and related consulting service for corporate account and expatriates relocating to Beijing;
  •   Assist account manager in preparing all necessary paper works including but not limited to visiting schedule, house hunting proposal, draft out required routine reports, fill in all administrative forms necessary, etc.
  •   Processing follow-up service requests from customers such as accompany shopping furniture, settling services, compile clients comments and feedback and escalate to as necessary;


  •   College education and above.
  •   Excellent oral and written English language skills.
  •   Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  •   Work in an integrated team with a service-minded attitude.
  •   Self-driven individual with a positive attitude, willing to work rotating shifts and work under pressure.
  •   Strong communication skills, initiative and motivation, honesty and faithful.
