Located in the heart of Beijing’s thriving CBD area, Central Park Beijing is a popular development amongst westerners with it location near to many landmarks like the Xiushui Silk Market and the famous CCTV building. Central park likes a small city, you could find everything for life there. All kinds of shops on the ground floor, and there is no noise at all, you could hear nothing while you are in the apartment. The apartments are great, and there are a lot of good restaurants, gyms, supermarkets very close. Also, sitting in the sun eating your lunch or dinner (during the summer) is not possible that many other places.
Central Park is a very convenient place to live in Beijing. Each building has its own reception service that can help to order drinking water, ayis for cleaning (only 25-35 RMB per hour), arrange fixing with management office etc. The gym is very well-equipped but a bit expensive (13500+ RMB per year). Within the compound there are also a couple of restaurants, a cafe, hair dresser. The apartments are great, the layout, the quality and management office are very good. and there are a lot of good restaurants, gyms, supermarkets very close. There is a big garden in the compound, and four private gardens of each phase, really convenient for children to play together.
