Etonkids International Education is a nationwide educational group. It provides education with both Western and Chinese features. The school has several campuses in Beijing and is divided according to the children age group. The teaching method intends to foster independence, initiative and creativity. Etonkids believes that children can learn and have fun at the same time: Special events to celebrate birthdays, national and Western holidays are part of the learning program.
Our curriculum for 1.5 - 3 year olds focuses on cultivating their basic skills in language acquisition and reading as well as nurturing their interests in intelligence, mathematics, music, art, science and nature. For 3 - 6 year-old children, our teachers provide individualized guidance and instruction. Children can choose and take courses based on their interests and acquire knowledge and competencies that will benefit them for their entire life.
The school offers different curricula which range from bilingual kindergarten with instruction in Chinese and English to international kindergarten where everything is taught in English. the Nursery, for children from eighteen months to three years and “Casa”, for children from three to six years.
Small classes of twenty to twenty five students are favored with a teacher to child ratio of 1 to 5.
Etonkids is based on the Montessori philosophy of education which allows children to learn and progress at their own pace while developing their full potential.
